The lodge comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests in eight en-suite double bedrooms, all opening onto a sheltered internal courtyard. Generous living and dining areas make it easy for groups to spend time together, with a central fireplace for cosy winter evenings.
Large windows bring in natural light and frame views of the surrounding trees, fields and mountains, while simple, warm finishes keep the space relaxed and welcoming.
There is plenty to do on the property and in the nearby Southern Drakensberg, whether you prefer slow days or more active adventures.

Getting Here
Take the N3 and exit at Howick South / Underberg (exit 99)
Follow the R617 through Boston and Bulwer to Underberg
Continue on the R617 towards Swartberg
About 5 km outside Underberg, turn right onto the Bushmans Nek road
Continue for roughly 12.5 km on the gravel road, then turn right at the D600 sign and follow the road to the lodge entrance
